We have an opening within our newly expanded Marketing team for a PIM (Product Information Management) Specialist. This position has flexibility to work remotely, but will primarily be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Elkhart, Indiana. The PIM Specialist reports to the PIM Manager.
Position Overview:
The PIM Specialist is responsible for collecting and maintaining product information as well as overseeing consignment accounts. This includes, but is not limited to: product sku creation and rationalization, sku maintenance, maintaining price books, managing consignment accounts, processing various billings, and creating dealer promotions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ongoing maintenance of product information in ERP and PIM systems.
Maintain excel spreadsheets for all price books and owner of the most up-to-date configurator spreadsheets
Manage multiple consignment accounts by entering orders, creating Return Authorizations (RA’s), delivering monthly reports to ensure accurate data from consignment holders
Process billings related to dealer consignment accounts and other miscellaneous billings as needed
Responsible for creating and executing strategic dealer planned promotions
Assist in the development of new processes to improve the company’s data management goals
Collaborate with other departments to ensure product data is accurate and consistent
Qualifications:
Associates / Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred
Superior proofreading skills, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to be an analytical thinker with excellent attention to details
Self-motivated and able to drive collaborative success with limited guidance
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to identify and remove obstacles and adjust workload to accommodate changing business needs
Self-motivated, energetic, passionate, and the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams to build consensus
Strong excel skills
Knowledge of data workflow and content management
Essential Functions:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Ability to remain in a sedentary position for extended lengths of time
Ability to travel 10% - 15% independently
