We have an opening within our newly expanded Marketing team for a Digital Specialist. This position may work remotely from our Corporate Headquarters based in Elkhart, Indiana and reports to the Director of Communication. The Digital Specialist role is a new position to facilitate the company's digital content management and lead generation efforts via our website and email.
We have an opening on our Marketing team for a remote Social Media Specialist that will report to the Digital Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for planning, executing and monitoring the social marketing strategy for Conn-Selmer’s multi-brand portfolio in order to increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, produce, and optimize shareable content/stories to drive brand awareness and engagement
Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar
Moderate user-generated content in-line with the active marketing campaigns
Monitor benchmarks for measuring follower growth, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of new campaigns and initiatives
Engage in social conversation & find opportunities to make social channels stand out
Identify trending content opportunities and share with broader audience as appropriate
A minimum 2-4 years of digital marketing, social media, or community management experience at an agency or in-house brand
Knowledgeable of, or curious to learn about, Conn-Selmer and family of brands (Conn, Bach, Ludwig, King, Selmer)
Expert in developing content that is native to each social platform and that can deliver tangible results
Strong experience in creative, marketing, and/or editorial writing
Collect, analyze, and use social data to inform decision making
An understanding of social trends and how to use that to positively impact the brands
Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and video editing tools/software a plus
Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite
Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com, asana, wrike, or basecamp
Self-motivated, energetic, passion, and integrity with ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams to build consensus
Must be authorized to work in the USA
Bachelor degree in business, marketing, communication, digital marketing, or related field
