Elkhart, IN - July 14, 2017 - Playing on the King “K Series Marching Brass,” the Blue Devils continued their undefeated season in Ogden, Utah at “Corps Encore.” Their show entitled "Metamorph,” scored an 83.9 followed by Blue Knights with a 78.3. Their next stop is in Denver, Colorado on Saturday, July 15 at Drums Along the Rockies.
Our thoughts continue to be with the Phantom Regiment family following a tragic bus crash that occurred early this month on the way to Arizona. At their latest event in Lebanon, IL at DCI St. Louis, the regiment finished in a strong 2nd place with a 78.2, just behind Santa Clara Vanguard (82.9). Phantom Regiment’s show entitled “Phantasm” continues on to Dekalb, IL on Saturday, July 15 for the Tour of Champions event held at Northern Illinois University. Phantom Regiment plays exclusively on King Ultimate Marching Brass.
It’s going to be an interesting few weeks of drum corps leading up to the 2017 DCI World Championships held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, IN August 10-12. Congratulations King on a job well done and best of luck to everyone as we approach the World Championships.
